We are Creative Solutions LTD, company registered in accordance with the requirements of
Commercial Law and registered in the Commercial Register and the Register of the Registry Agency with VAT 131163060, with headquarters and business address 1000 Sofia Triaditsa District, 1 Macedonia Square, floor 12 (hereinafter referred to as Creative Solutions)
We are the administrator of your personal data and as such we are responsible for processing and storing your data in a fair, transparent and secure manner, guided by the best interests of you.
With this policy, we would like to inform you about the personal data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.
Commission for Personal Data Protection controls how we use your personal information. CPDP is an independent government institution that oversees the legality of data processing activities. All data subjects have the right to complain to CPDP regarding the processing of their personal data - contact details and more about the procedure can be found on the Internet address: cpdp.bg.

Personal information we collect
When you purchase your ticket from us, you provide your personal information:
• Delivery address or home address (optional);
• Phone number
• Payment Details - when your preferred payment option is by card / bank
We use this information to be able to sell and deliver the ticket you have ordered, ie. personal information is required to enter into and execute a ticket sales agreement between you and Creative Solutions.
Aims of data processing
By ordering a ticket at tedxvitosha.com, we sign a ticket sale agreement with you. The primary purpose for which we collect and use the personal information mentioned above is to make this contract possible - including sending tickets to you.
Your contact information can be used by our team in case of changes to certain events or their cancellation. The email address provided to us in the context of the purchase of the ticket when creating your account may be used for direct marketing purposes, in which case the legal grounds for processing would be of legitimate interest under Art. 6, para. 1 (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your personal data may also be processed if a public authority needs the cooperation of Creative Solutions in relation to various formal proceedings, including pre-trial, judicial and administrative proceedings, related to consumer claims and disputes, ticket fraud, and more.
Storage of personal data
The personal information mentioned above is stored with us for an unlimited period of time. You can request your data to be removed at any time after the sale by contacting our team at email@example.com.
Upon your explicit request, the data will be removed from our marketing platforms, but will be stored in the company archive in the event of any legal action or administrative proceedings for a period of 5 years from the date of the event for which you purchased your ticket.

Legal basis for processing
We collect your data on the grounds permitted by European and Bulgarian law (Regulation 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR, and the Personal Data Protection Act, adopted and amended by the Bulgarian National Assembly). 1. Contract performance
We collect your personal information so that we can deliver or transmit your tickets to you and to inform you of any changes in upcoming events, cancellations or claims based on our return policies. We also process your payment information so we can confirm that you have made a payment, which allows you to receive your ticket.
For the purposes of fulfilling our obligations to you, we may transfer your personal data to courier companies and financial institutions or payment processing institutions (such as banks, payment service providers, etc.).
2. Legitimate interest
We store the information you enter into your account in the context of ticketing, as we believe it is your and our legitimate interest. We have a legitimate interest in using this information for future marketing campaigns and to keep you informed about exciting future projects.
We will store data relating to your payments and purchases to ensure that this information is available in the case of formal proceedings, such as civil cases (for example, if we are sued for damages), administrative and criminal investigations (eg, inspection or audit) by the Revenue Agency), consumer claims and disputes, ticket fraud, and more.
If you have not purchased a ticket from us but have subscribed to our newsletters or other newsletters, the necessary personal information will be processed based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing a short letter to or click the respective “unsubscribe” button in any email you will receive from us.
Other individuals and legal entities receiving your information
In order to process your payment, your payment information is shared with our payment service providers.
* When entering your payment card information in the TEDxVitosha platform, this information is obtained directly from payment service providers. TEDxVitosha employees do not have access to the full payment information used in these payment transactions - only partial and limited information is visible to us for your protection.
2. Delivery/reception of tickets on the spot
We will share your personal details regarding your order with the courier company serving the delivery of your ticket, respectively - with our partners, ensuring the receipt of a ticket at a certain cash desk/counter.
3. Official bodies and legal advice
Your personal data may be transferred or made available to various public authorities (investigative and administrative authorities, tax authorities, courts) in connection with official proceedings, including pre-trial and court proceedings and administrative proceedings related to consumer claims and disputes, ticket fraud and others.
How we ensure the security of your data
All your personal data will be transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) at 128-bit encryption (high) (RSA at 1024 data rate) and therefore third parties will not be able to misuse it.
Naturally, your data will be protected and treated with the appropriate privacy and will not be shared with third parties. Your data is stored only to facilitate the processing of your order.
TEDxVitosha uses your e-mail address for the ordering process and newsletter program. Cancellations, postponements, substantial changes or repeats that we are informed of in time will be forwarded to you by e-mail. Furthermore we will inform you about vital improvements of the website/shopping process via email.
The use of our online service constitutes an agreement with the use and storage of your information. Any changes in our policy regarding privacy and data protection will be posted on our website.
